This Is What Home Tastes Like.
From the slopes of Mt. Kenya to the heart of Marietta — real African cooking, made with love, served with pride
The Experience
No Two Plates Tell the Same Story.
Start with
The Starters
Samosas fried to order. Suya grilled over smoke. Bhajia that’ll make you forget about the main course. Almost.
Go Deep On the
The Mains
Whole grilled tilapia. Slow-braised oxtail. Dibi off the grill. Egusi that’ll have you texting your friends about it.
TRY OUR
Special Drinks
Ghana Be Lit. Nairobi Nights. Smoke Signal. Our bar is as creative as the kitchen — and just as unapologetic.
COME AS YOU ARE
Your Table Is Waiting.
Date night. Family dinner. Birthday celebration. Quiet lunch. Whatever brings you in, we’ll make it worth the drive.
THE STORY BEHIND THE FOOD
She Fed 100 Children a Week in Nairobi. Now She Feeds Marietta.
Caroline Gitonga grew up on the slopes of Mt. Kenya, raised on food cooked with generosity — her mother fed the whole village, not just the family. Caroline carried that spirit to Nairobi, where she prepared meals weekly for over 100 street children.
She carried it to Atlanta, where she built a catering business from scratch. And she carried it here, to this restaurant, where every plate is made the way her mother taught her: with intention, with love, and with nothing held back.
We are not just serving meals. We are building relationships — and creating a place where everyone feels at home.
